Try and practice some Self-Care this weekend. Do what ever helps you to switch off to feel rejuvenated for your next working week. Over working can lead to mental, physical and emotional exhaustion, leading to “BurnOut”, especially, during this pandemic. Feeling burntout leaves you out of balance and could active negative emotions for instance, resentment, helplessness, hopelessness and cynicism. It can be avoided. Try to manage your time efficiently to minimise this from happening. Seek support if necessary. There are professionals out there who can support you.
